Refurbished.Soldrit Service Warranty

The service warranty is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase*** and is applicable only under the following terms and conditions:

  1. All repairs under the service warranty will be undertaken by authorized service providers only.
  2. It is the purchaser's responsibility to contact Refurbished.Soldrit.com, after which our team will guide them to the nearest authorized service center following initial troubleshooting steps.
  3. The company is not liable for the quality or performance of any software used by the purchaser.
  4. Warranty services will only be provided after a thorough inspection and clearance by an authorized service center.
  5. The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse or any physical damage to the product.
  6. Accessories are excluded from the warranty policy.

Under this warranty, the company's liability is limited to repair services only. The maximum claim, if entertained, will not exceed the purchase price of the product.

Conditions Where Warranty Is Not Applicable:

  1. Failure to produce the original invoice from Refurbished.Soldrit.com during the warranty period.
  2. Products classified as pre-owned and sold on an "as-is" basis are not eligible for returns or warranty.
  3. Products not purchased from Refurbished.Soldrit.com or its authorized dealers.
  4. Defects arising outside the standard operating parameters for refurbished devices.
  5. Products not used in accordance with the original manufacturer's instructions, available on the OEM's official website.
  6. Defects caused by:
    • Improper usage or modifications made to the circuitry by unauthorized personnel.
    • Environmental factors such as abnormal voltage, power fluctuations, acts of God, or damages during transit.
    • Damage caused by animals, insects, or other external factors.

Note: The company is not liable for any direct or indirect loss of data or information. Customers are advised to back up their data before handing over the device for service. Service personnel are not responsible for data loss during repairs.

***Time taken for repair will not extend the service warranty period.

Returns Policy

We accept product returns within 7 days of delivery only under the following condition:

  • If the product does not match the description or specifications mentioned at the time of purchase.

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via email within the 7-day period with proof of the mismatch.
  2. The customer must return the product at their own cost.

Upon verification, the product will either be replaced with a similar product of equal value or the issue will be resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
