Shipping Policy
At Refurbished.Soldrit.com, we offer free shipping anywhere in India for orders above ₹1000. For orders below ₹1000, customers can either combine orders or bear additional shipping costs.
- Additional shipping charges may apply for remote areas or large items like desktops, printers, monitors, and projectors.
- Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 working days. Orders placed before 1 PM on a business day are usually shipped the same day, subject to payment confirmation, card security checks, and stock availability. Orders placed after 1 PM are shipped the next business day.
- Orders received on Sundays or public holidays will be dispatched the following working day. During peak seasons, there may be delays in processing and shipping.
- We cannot deliver to PO boxes or military addresses. Rural addresses may take additional time for delivery.
- Custom or engraved orders may require up to 10 working days for dispatch.
Important: Please record an unboxing video when receiving the product to assist in resolving any potential issues.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for select orders. However, a non-refundable deposit is required to cover shipping charges.
- If the customer refuses delivery, the deposit will be forfeited.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation by Customer:
- Orders can be canceled before shipment, subject to a 15% cancellation charge. Refunds (85% of the order value) will be processed within 7-10 working days.
- Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Refunds in Specific Cases:
- Refunds will be 85% of the order value if the customer does not accept a suitable replacement.
- For express orders outside the service area, an 85% refund will be issued.
- No refund will be provided for COD orders where an advance payment has been made. The advance will be forfeited.
Cancellation by Refurbished.Soldrit.com:
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to incorrect pricing or other reasons. In such cases, 100% of the payment will be refunded.
- If an order is undeliverable due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address), the customer will bear any additional redelivery charges.
Replacement and Return Policy
We ensure that all products are in excellent condition. However, replacements or returns are allowed only in the following cases:
- The product is damaged during transit.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The wrong product was delivered.
Replacement Process:
- Request a replacement within 7 days of delivery by emailing your order number and reason for return to sales@soldrit.com.
- Await confirmation from our team before returning the product. Unapproved returns will not be processed.
- Upon receiving the returned product, we will arrange for a replacement within 7 working days.
Important: An unboxing video is mandatory to process replacements or returns.
Conditions:
- Pre-owned devices are sold on an "as-is" basis and are not eligible for returns or warranty.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Policy
Refunds in Cases of Unavailability:
- If the replacement product is unavailable, customers can opt for a full refund or select an alternative product.
- Orders that cannot be shipped on time will be eligible for a 100% refund upon request.
- For courier products outside the service area, a full refund will be issued.
Refund Requests by Customers:
- Refunds will be 85% of the order value if a customer declines suitable replacements.
- For express orders outside the service area, an 85% refund will be issued.
- No refund is provided for COD orders where an advance payment has been made.
Damages During Shipping
- Refurbished.Soldrit.com is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. However, all packages are insured.
- In the event of damage or loss, retain the original packaging and contact us immediately at sales@soldrit.com or call +91-8884445432. We will file an insurance claim with the courier company on your behalf. Once the claim is approved, we will process the applicable refund (excluding the original insurance cost).
